Fees

Our schedule is designed to distribute fees over three months to assist members with payments. This initiative evolved from experience of bad debts and the tremendous effort pursuing fees. Members can still settle their fees during registration or any time after within the instalment period if they wish. This format is aimed at easing the burden of a single large payment after deposit and to provide affordable instalments.

All fees must be settled by 30 Jun unless an extension arrangement is in place with the treasurer and notably, players participating in any final series must be financial. Where fees are outstanding after 30 Jun and the player is not on an approved payment plan a $25.00 late fee will be incurred

Important

  • A Hockey Australia Levy (HAL) plus GST is required annually for all playing members.

  • A Club Fee Deposit (CFD) or Affiliated Membership Fee (AMF) is also required to successfully complete the registration process.

  • Account balances are distributed over three months if fees are not settled during registration.

  • Instalments can now be remitted via our Credit/Debit card facility.

  • Club fees are exclusive of the HAL and all revolutioniseSport processing fees.

It is imperative for members experiencing financial hardship to contact the club treasurer and discuss payment options; a suitable custom plan can be arranged.

Caveats

Fees exclude the Hockey Australia Levy (HAL).

Full-Time Players are required to remit the HAL+CFD ($203.79) for full-time on registration. Including the add-on fee balance during this process is optional. Fee balances can be remitted in full or instalments after registration.

Casual players are required to remit the HAL+CFD ($108.79S and $96.81J) on registration and game fees as indicated on the schedule on a pay as you play basis thereafter.

Casual players can play a maximum of 10 games after which full fees are payable.

Discounts

Playing Coaches and Team Managers are entitled to a 25% rebate off their competition fees.

Transactions

Due Date

  • Accounts must be finalised by 30th June of the same season. Players with outstanding fees are non-financial and may not be eligible to play in finals.

  • A late payment fee of $25 will be incurred on accounts in arrears on 30 Jun.

Surcharges

Fees apply when processing revolutionSport payments via the following methods:

  • Pin Payments (preferred) · 2.0% + $1.60 AUD per transaction

  • PayPal · 2.6% + $1.63 AUD per transaction

Fees Apply when processing Square payments via the following methods:

  • Tapped, Inserted or Swiped Payments (preferred) · 1.9% per transaction

  • Keyed-In Card Payments · 2.2% per transaction
